Accommodation

The conference Castle hotel offers a variety of rooms at different price levels. If you book your room through our registration form and pay the accommodation together with the registration fee, you will receive a discount of approximately 40% compared to the official price list of the hotel. We therefore strongly encourage you to take advantage of this option. The sooner you register the better since the offer of rooms is limited.

Please note that the payment for accommodation and the conference fee will be listed separately on the final invoice issued by the Institute of Information Theory and Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.

All rooms are intended for single occupancy unless you are accompanied by another person. If you register an accompanying person, an additional fee of 120 € applies. This fee covers the added accommodation costs for double occupancy and includes the welcome reception, all dinners, and the excursion to the UNESCO heritage town of Telč.

If you wish to share a room with another participant to reduce accommodation costs, please contact us in advance.
